1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EstateBot AI platform, including our website, dashboard, AI assistant, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
"EstateBot AI," "we," "our," or "us" refers to the entity operating the Service. The Service is operated by Muzamil, a real estate technology developer based in Egypt. "You" or "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Service Description
EstateBot AI provides an AI-powered WhatsApp assistant for real estate professionals. The Service includes:
- Automated responses to buyer inquiries via WhatsApp using AI
- Property listing management and knowledge base tools
- Lead qualification and conversation analytics
- A web-based dashboard for configuration and monitoring
The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our discretion.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading content through the AI assistant
- Upload false, fraudulent, or misleading property listings
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm any individual
- Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service to third parties without our written consent
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including property listings, images, and business information ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that Your Content is accurate, does not infringe any third-party rights, and complies with all applicable laws.
7. AI-Generated Responses
The AI assistant generates responses based on the information you provide and its underlying language model. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. You acknowledge that:
- AI responses are not a substitute for professional advice (legal, financial, or otherwise)
- You are responsible for reviewing and verifying information communicated by the AI to your clients
- We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content
8. Subscription & Billing
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: Fees are generally non-refundable, except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy.
- Price Changes:We may modify pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
- Suspension: We may suspend your access if payment fails or your account has an outstanding balance.
9. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service — including software, algorithms, design, branding, and documentation — are owned by EstateBot AI and its operator, Muzamil, or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms, including WhatsApp (Meta) and AI model providers. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their availability is not guaranteed.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EstateBot AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EstateBot AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may cancel your account through the dashboard or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Egypt.
16. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
